James Tavernier says Rangers will 'go to the death for one another' in their quest to win the Europa League.
The Light Blues' date with destiny has arrived as they take on Bundesliga outfit Frankfurt in Seville later today in the final hurdle.
Giovanni van Bronckhorst's men have been in stunning form during the tournament turning in some huge performances against the way against the likes of Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig.
Tavernier says winning the tournament would mean the world to everyone in the Rangers dressing room and he knows every single one of the players will give 110 per cent to make that dream a reality.
He said: “Over the years we have recruited very good players, especially this team that I’m playing in now.
“It’s the best changing room I’ve been in. We’ve got a mixture of youth and experience.
“Come matchday, you now know one another and we will go to the death for one another.
“In any situation, I know the boys will prevail and the character of every single one of them will shine through. It’s a delight to be captain of these boys.
"It means the world to us to win this trophy.
"I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for the great team behind us, the boss directing us.
"It is obviously one step away and we all want to make history and bring that cup back home.
"I know all the boys will give 110 per cent tomorrow when asked and we will leave everything out on the pitch and hopefully we will make everyone proud."
It could be double delight for Tavernier this evening as he proudly sits at the top of the Europa League goal scoring charts.
His seven goals in the knockout stages has helped Rangers go all the way as he sits on the cusp of winning the golden boot.
Daichi Kamada of Frankfurt sits a couple back and he will also be eyeing the top personal accolade.
But Tavernier says his primary focus is to stop Frankfurt from breaching Allan McGregor's goal as he touched on direct opponent Filip Kostic.
He added: “I’d like to finish this competition as the winner of the cup and picking up the trophy - and I’d like to finish as top goalscorer but my first aim is to try to keep a clean sheet.
“If we do that, it will obviously put us in a great position.
“I obviously respect how (Kostic) has been playing. He’s a top player.
“But I’ve just got to bring the best version of myself tomorrow night when the game starts and try to cause him problems and make him deal with me the majority of the game.
“That’s all I can really do.”
