Derek McInnes will take charge of his first match as Rangers manager at Ibrox next week.
Saint-Etienne will be the opposition for the first public friendly at Ibrox this summer as the McInnes era gets underway at Rangers.
The Ligue 1 club visits Glasgow for a midweek match under the lights in preparation for the upcoming 2026/27 campaign.
Rangers have been in Spain for a warm-weather training camp, where they drew 1-1 with Kaizer Chiefs. They previously beat Raith Rovers and Dunfermline in friendlies in Scotland.
They will take on West Ham after Saint-Etienne in a second Ibrox friendly before the start of the Scottish Premiership season.
Rangers kick off their league campaign away against Dundee United on Friday, July 31.
