Rangers have pulled out of playing in November's controversial Sydney Super Cup.
The Ibrox club confirmed their withdrawal in a statement that claims 'tournament organisers were "unwilling to fulfil their commitments".
The Light Blues were due to meet Celtic in the inaugural tournament at the end of the year..

But the plans received a huge backlash from furious supporters over playing their arch rivals in a friendly.
The Ibrox faithful repeatedly protested against the Australia trip, including throwing tennis balls and paper onto the pitch during the recent 2-1 win over Dundee at Dens Park.
Former Gers chairman Dave King offered to pay any potential losses the club would incur from pulling out of the friendly, reports Football Scotland.
But it's been announced that Rangers have terminated their agreement with the organisers, in a move that will delight fans.
A club statement read: "Rangers can confirm the Club will not be participating in the Sydney Super Cup in November 2022.
"After it became clear the tournament organisers were unwilling to fulfil their commitments to Rangers, we have, with immediate effect, terminated the Club’s agreement with the organisers."
