Rangers youngster Ross McCausland showed his potential new side what they could be signing with a piece of magic in a friendly.
The Northern Ireland youth international made his senior debut for Rangers in the final Premiership game of last season at Hearts but a loan move for more experience looks likely this term. He was announced as on trial with Dutch second tier side earlier this week and in a trial game for the club, he has scored a wonderful solo effort.
De Graafschap are poised to snap up McCausland on a loan deal and displayed more of his skills against Willem II. Taking the ball into his feet with an array of opposing defenders in front of them, he darted past two players, wriggled his way into the penalty box and dispatched a cool finish low into the net. It follows on from his 'B' team form, scoring in a friendly at Elgin City last week.

He might not be the only player the Light Blues transfer to Holland. Calvin Bassey is expected to complete a mega-money move to Eredivisie champions Ajax.
The fee could see Rangers pocket upwards of £20 million, possibly £25m depending on performance-related bonuses.
Youngsters have also started heading out on loan for experience. Lewis Mayo is at Kilmarnock with Cole McKinnon and Tony Weston both heading for Partick Thistle.
