It's being reported in South America that Rangers have now 'practically agreed' a deal to sign Jose Cifuentes from LAFC.
Michael Beale hasn't waited about in strengthening his squad and he's expected to land Cyriel Dessers from Cremonese any time now in what will be his sixth signing of the summer - and his eighth as Rangers boss. But it's expected there will be at least two or three more after Dessers with a new central midfielder high on the list of priorities.

The latest on the Ecuador star comes from South American journalist Adriano Savalli who claims personal terms are now "practically agreed."
