Transfer season is well underway and it's guaranteed to be a busy summer for Rangers boss Gio van Bronckhorst and sporting director Ross Wilson.
Calvin Bassey is the name dominating the headlines as the Scottish Cup winners look set to command a bumper fee to allow him to leave this summer.
Aston Vllla look to be leading the race for his signature this summer with Steven Gerrard keen on a reunion with the 22-year-old in the English Premier League.
The Nigeria international is currently on a break in LA with Ibrox team mates Ryan Kent, Glen Kamara, Joe Aribo and Nnamdi Ofoborh ahead of a new campaign.
However, Bassey did find time to send a message to Aston Villa midfielder Jacob Ramsey on his birthday via his Instagram.
He posted: "My boy, Jacob Ramsey, happy birthday bro."
Could there be a chance the duo will be playing together at Villa Park next season?
Elsewhere, Steven Davis has been backed to make a major impact in Govan next term if he agrees a new contract with the club.
The veteran midfielder will become a free agent next month but Northern Ireland boss Ian Baraclough reckons he still has a vital role to play in Govan.
Davis has been linked with Motherwell and St Mirren, and Baraclough Rangers don't sign him up clubs will be queiing up to sign the 37-year-old.
After announcing Davis as part of the Northern Ireland squad, Baraclough said: “I haven’t had conversations with Steven on his contract talks or whether he’s talking to other clubs.
“But if he is fit and firing - and I think he’s in great shape - I see no reason why he can’t go and sign a new deal for Rangers and have a massive impact next season.
“There’ll be many managers, whether in the Championship in England or top leagues around Europe, who will be envious that Rangers have the chance to re-sign Steven.
“He is a top, top player and he shows his quality time and time again. For me, he still has a big part to play for both club and country.”
Youngster Chris McKee has left Ibrox this summer with Linfield making the loan deal for the midfielder permanent.
The 20-year-old has come through the Linfield academy before moving to Rangers, and David Healy was keen to bring him back to the club this summer.
Former Ibrox striker Healy was delighted to land the prospect adding: "He's a young player who has a strong affinity with this club, dating back to his time in our academy, prior to his big move to Rangers.
"He has a first class professional attitude to training and his game and I've no doubt that he will have a bright future ahead of him, if he continues to work hard and learn from the experienced players in our squad."
