Rangers are working hard to bolster their squad with the capture of Todd Cantwell and Morgan Whittaker and an English football expert says it will be fantastic business.
Norwich midfielder Cantwell, a former England under-21 cap who is out of contract in he summer, has held positive talks and is mulling over an offer while Rangers have had a bid for Swansea winger Whittaker rejected by the Welsh club but are expected to go back in with more.
The burning issue is that Whittaker has been on loan at League One leaders Plymouth Argyle and has been recalled by Swansea. Under FIFA rules a player can only appear for two clubs in a season so if he turns out for the Swans this weekend Rangers could not use the player.
