Cyriel Dessers is reportedly in advanced discussions over a Rangers transfer exit.
The Ibrox striker, 29, has been linked with a move to PAOK.
Reports in Greece claim Dessers is in discussions with the club and is "looking for the next stage of his career".
Novasports claim the Nigerian striker is being seriously considered for a transfer swoop by PAOK with discussions already having progressed to an advanced stage.
It's thought an offer from PAOK would be satisfactory to Dessers and his representatives but with three years still on his Ibrox deal, a transfer fee would be required to make the deal happen.
Dessers was a key player for Rangers last season with 22 goals in 54 outings for the club. The striker had struggled under Michael Beale but flourished after Philippe Clement's arrival.
Danish forward Martin Braithwaite is another possible striker transfer target for PAOK this summer with Razvan Lucescu keen to land reinforcements up front.
The striker previously admitted he felt he was used as a "scapegoat" at Rangers after being branded the "worst player to ever play for Rangers" by supporters.
He told the BBC: "I feel in some moments I was the scapegoat.
“I only came in in the summer, but suddenly it felt like everything that happened inside the club or on the pitch was only my fault.
“These are hard things because I was just moving to a country, trying to adapt to a new club, a new league.
“I was still putting up my Ikea furniture or working out the settings on my television and people were already trying to write me out of the club, saying ‘You’re the worst player who ever played for Rangers and all these things.
“You’re not even fully settled down and people already want to get rid of you or are actively hating on you, especially when it’s from your own fans, it’s really hard."
