A Rangers store in Glasgow city centre could be transformed into a new 'quality' restaurant under new plans.
Earlier this year we reported the St Enoch Square shop had been put up for sale and advertised on on commercial property websites.
The store, which sits at 30 St Enoch Square, first opened in December 2018. It is now being marketed for sale or rent by TSA Property Consultants Ltd, Glasgow.

Today, plans to convert the site into a new restaurant have been published on the Glasgow City Council planning website.
The application, which has been made on behalf of Sava Estates and seeks a change of 'use of retail unit (class 1) to a restaurant (class 3), states: "The property has been vacant for some time having been previously occupied by a Rangers FC outlet.
"The proposed development will see this vacant property transformed into a quality restaurant occupying both ground and basement floors.
"It is anticipated that the opening hours will be 10am - midnight seven days a week.
"The proposed development represents a wonderful opportunity to deliver a quality eating experience in this well known square and in the process energise this part of the city centre and contribute to the range and variety of services, activities and experiences which the city can offer.
"The proposed development will not only introduce a new dining experience into this part of the city centre but will in the process enliven the streetscape and create a dynamic and interesting venue."
An operator for the potential new restaurant hasn't been named in the plans.
The application is now being considered by the Glasgow City Council planning department. To see the plans in full, you can visit the council planning website here.
