Rangers starlet Ben Williamson is set for a season away from the club in the Championship with Dundee, according to a report.
It's believed that the 20-year-old midfielder - who has previously spent time on loan at Arbroath, Livingston and Raith Rovers - will spend the upcoming campaign at Dens Park as he continues to pick up vital first-team experience at a high level.
The Scottish Sun claim the Rangers youngster will travel to the city of discovery over the weekend to complete his move to Gary Bowyer's side as they bid to gain promotion back to Scotland's top flight at the first time of asking following their relegation last term. They kick off their competitive calendar this weekend in the Premier Sports Cup against Hamilton but Williamson - who has one year to run on his Ibrox deal - won't be part of it with his switch expected to be confirmed by the middle of next week. Stranraer, Queen's Park and Forfar Athletic make up the rest of the Group H section.
