Ryan Jack is putting in the hard graft ahead of Rangers' pre-season return just ONE week after Scotland duty.
The Light Blues midfielder was part of Steve Clarke's group who picked up an incredible comeback win over Norway in Oslo before defeating Georgia at a soaked Hampden Park to make it four wins from four and push eight points clear of both opponents in the qualifying table in a bid to reach Euro 2024 in Germany next summer.
Jack went into the national team camp off the back of the domestic season finishing and rather than enjoy some down time he has decided to keep ticking over by putting in the miles at the Elite Football Performance group in Dubai. Many footballers take part in the sessions to get themselves ready to enter pre-season fit and raring to go. The Ibrox midfielder is not the only star from Govan to use the service with skipper James Tavernier and Antonio Colak recently taking part alongside ex-Celtic star Scott Sinclair.

Jack shared snaps of himself being put through his paces as he gets ready to return to Rangers training with a bang.
The Scotland star was handed a new one-year deal to be part of the new era under Beale as the summer overhaul gets into full swing.
A number of high profile names including Alfredo Morelos, Scott Arfield and Ryan Kent have left Ibrox this summer while four new faces are in the door so far in the shape of Sam Lammers, Jack Butland, Kieran Dowell and Dujon Sterling.
Jack and Co will be out to end Celtic's domestic dominance as they come up against a returning Brendan Rodgers after he replaced Ange Postecoglou. There is also the small matter of Champions League qualifiers as they bid to dine at Europe's top table once again.
Rangers' schedule for the season will become clear this week as they discover their Premiership schedule on Friday morning.
