Rangers skipper James Tavernier sent a four word message to former team-mate Joe Aribo after the new Southampton man took to his social media channels to hail his maiden English Premier League goal.
The ex- Light Blues star climbed off the bench to get the Saints back into their weekend clash with Leeds United by scoring a superb goal with less than 20 minutes left on the clock. His strike sparked Ralph Hasenhüttl's men back to life with Kyle Walker-Peters firing home the leveller with eight minutes to play to earn a first point of the season.
Rangers witnessed moments of magic from Aribo on a regular basis during his time at Ibrox and he showed his class once more to his new set of supporters as he kept a cool head after collecting the ball in the box. Leeds No1 Illan Meslier came flying out towards his feet but he superbly nutmegged the advancing goalkeeper before wrong footing not one but two defenders on the goal line to fire into the far corner of the net.

Following his first goal in England's top flight he posted on Instagram: "Good fight and spirit from the boys today.
"What a feeling to score my first Premier goal, thank you God."
Good pal and former team-mate Tavernier replied: "First of many bro."
His former boss Gerrard - now in charge at Aston Villa - also sent his congratulations by simply posting the clapping emoji.
