Rangers lost out in the League Cup Final as Kyogo Furuhashi grabbed a double for Celtic at Hampden.
The Hoops striker netted twice in the final last season and his repeated the trick this time around as Ange Postecoglou retained the trophy and claimed his third winners medal as Parkhead boss at the expense of Michael Beale and his Light Blues.
The defeat brings an end his unbeaten start to life at Rangers as he lost out in his first final as a manager. Alfredo Morelos gave his side a glimmer of hope at the national stadium but it wasn't enough as Celtic claimed the derby bragging rights and kept their Treble hopes alive and kicking. Here's how we rated the men from Govan at the national stadium.

Allan McGregor - 7
Big moment to deny Kyogo Furuhashi on 20 minutes before quickly diving low to turn Jota effort away. No chance at either goal. Another two smart stops late on as Celtic broke. Kept score down late on.
James Tavernier - 6
Key battle with Daizen Maeda. Stood up well and defended his area of the pitch but kept quiet going forward. Assist from free-kick for Morelos' goal.
Connor Goldson - 6
Another 90 minutes beside Ben Davies as partnership builds. Will be disappointed with positioning in move for Kyogo opener.
Ben Davies - 6
Daizen Maeda's fluffed effort put defender off as Kyogo slotted home. Key moment in half. Defended well otherwise. Vital block to deny Kyogo early in second half.
Borna Barisic - 6
Like Tavernier faced up against Daizen Maeda and Jota who rotated throughout. Did well. Kyogo got better of full-back at second goal to slide home for his second of the game. Booked.
Glen Kamara - 6
Heavily involved in the midfield battle. Not shy to put a challenge in. but quite a few slack passes. Booked. Subbed.
John Lundstram - 6
A doubt going into this one but passed fit. Hard working and gets himself about. Key man in the midfield but tough task. Subbed just after an hour.
Malik Tillman - 5
Another who had a fitness worry in the build-up but handed start. Quiet game by his standards. Subbed.
Fashion JR - 5
Should have burst the net from Ryan Kent rebound. Big talker pre-match but wasn't his day. Subbed.
Ryan Kent - 6
Offered a threat going forward but two efforts high and wide. Poor touch allowed Kyogo a chance but fired wide. Low effort crashed off post minutes into second half. Booked.
Alfredo Morelos - 6
A quiet day all before his goal just after the hour. Sparked life into Rangers' Hampden display but overall didn't do enough. Subbed and was visibly annoyed.
Subs
Nicolas Raskin - 4
Always keen to get on the ball and orchestrate. Will be a big player going forward.
Todd Cantwell - 4
Provided a spark. Carried ball well and attracted fouls. Booked.
Ryan Jack - 4
Like his fellow subs got himself involved as Rangers' performance turned around after the triple change.
Antonio Colak - 3
On for the final 15 minutes for Morelos. No real chances. Booked.
Scott Wright - 2
On as Rangers pushed for a late leveller.
