Rangers' chance of ending the season with a trophy under Michael Beale are over after defeat at Hampden.
A key moment at the end of the first half was the difference in the end as Daizen Maeda and Jota punished a lack of concentration in the Light Blues defence to create the match winning moment for Ange Postecoglou's side - who are now on course to land a domestic Treble. with Inverness standing between them and the Scottish Cup. The League Cup is already in the bag while one hand is on the Premiership crown with a potential title party as early as next week at Tynecastle for the Scottish champions.
It's back to the drawing board for Beale and his troops with a big summer of change on the way. Between now and the end of the season big calls need to be made on a number of out of contract players while a number of new faces have already been linked with summer moves to Ibrox. Here's how we rated Rangers as they lost out 1-0 to Celtic in Mount Florida.

Allan McGregor - 6
Denied Alistair Johnston and Jota in quick succession but no chance at opener from Portuguese winger.. Strong save to deny Kyogo in second period.
James Tavernier - 6
Skipper caught napping as Jota pounced for opener. Inches away from leveller after striking inside of post. Headed over when should have done better.
Connor Goldson - 6
Leader at the back. Missed last couple of games. Big player for this side but his team lost out at Hampden.
Ben Davies - 6
Looks more composed beside Goldson. Been the mainstay partnership since Beale's arrival. Some excellent tackles.
Borna Barisic - 6
Up and down that left-side. Bit of a wild challenge that left him booked midway through first half. Caught sleeping at opener. Subbed.
John Lundstram - 7
Big challenge early on Kyogo Furuhashi that left Celtic players unhappy. Busy performance and heavily involved in battle.
Nicolas Raskin - 6
Tried his luck early on from range but effort deflected away from goal. Hard working display going forward and back. Subbed.
Todd Cantwell - 7
Heavily involved.. Good at carrying the ball and has nice passing vision. Isn't afraid to get stuck in. Bright spark for Beale and Co in this one. Booked.
Malik Tillman - 6
Worked really hard off the ball but was forced off after 35 minutes in a major blow. Anxious wait to see the extend of knock.
Ryan Kent - 5
Back after a few weeks out injured. Often referred to as a big game player but like his season overall, pretty ineffective here. Hooked at half-time.
Alfredo Morelos - 5
Looks likely to leave in the coming weeks with contract up. Once again didn't show up when his team needed him. Subbed.
Subs
Scott Arfield - 5
Won a big 50/50 with Callum McGregor at start of second half. Forced Joe Hart into strong save on the hour.
Fashion JR - 5
Introduced at half-time for Ryan Kent. Big sitter with 65 minutes on clock as he followed in Tavernier effort but fired wide.
Ridvan Yilmaz - 3
On for Barisic for final 15 minutes to provide fresh legs on left side.
Rabbi Matondo - 3
Not hit any real heights in debut season at Ibrox. Bags of pace and was instantly involved.
