Rangers fell to a disappointing 2-1 friendly defeat at the hands of Birmingham City on Tuesday.
The Light Blues trailed by two goals at the break, following a lacklustre 45 minutes display against the English third-tier side.
Philippe Clement’s men responded better in the second half by showing more attacking intent and penetrating the Birmingham goal.
Scott Wright, who’s subject of transfer interest from Sheffield Wednesday, did pull a goal back for the Scottish Premiership giants amidst an array of subsitutions - but it ultimately wasn’t enough.

The result leaves Rangers winless from their three pre-season fixtures so far.
And with Union Berlin up next, supporters are fearing the worst ahead of the league campaign beginning against Heart of Midlothian the following weekend. Especially having witnessed their title rivals, Celtic, thrash DC United and beat Manchester City over the past week.
Many Rangers fans took to social media to vent their anger at the performance in the Midlands - and one key theme was evident.
One commented: "Badly need a striker, badly need a winger, badly need a midfielder, badly need a CB, badly need a new full 10 (not included super Jack)."
Another fed-up punter wrote: "Need some signings in. Still can't see Clement's tactics.
While a third said: "Friendly or not, tonight has shown we need 11 new players, first team players that is."
