LIVINGSTON are set to sign Rangers midfielder Stephen Kelly, according to reports.
David Martindale's side have fought off interest from elsewhere to land the 22-year-old on a permanent deal.
The Sun report that Kelly had interest from other Premiership clubs and outfits south of the border.
The former Ross County and Ayr loanee was told last week that he was free to find a new club this window.
Meanwhile, Glen Kamara trained with Rangers as normal today despite reports suggesting otherwise.
The midfielder has been linked with a £10million switch to French outfit Nice, but it remains to be seen if he will make the move with just hours left in the transfer window.
