Rangers have appointed Brian Gilmour as interim academy director, with David McCallum moving on.
McCallum had been in the role, also as interim, for just over two-and-a-half years along with his other position as professional development phase manager.
In total, he has been with the club for 11 years, including serving as B team manager and a short stint as caretaker with the first team.
Gilmour, who himself came through the Rangers academy, now takes over.

A club statement said: "Brian Gilmour has today been appointed Rangers’ Interim Academy Director.
"Gilmour, himself a former Rangers Academy player, takes on the role with a strong understanding of every stage of the player pathway, having served in several roles across the club since returning in 2017. "David McCallum will now depart Rangers, leaving with the very best wishes and thanks of everyone at the club for his 11 years of service."
