Rangers are in contact with the WWE over a potential collaboration following merchandise released closely resembling an Ibrox jersey.
It has been revealed that Rangers chiefs are now in discussions with WWE officials to discuss scope for a collaboration between the two.
WWE had released a 'Men's ProSphere Blue Clash At The Castle 2024 Fashion Jersey' ahead of the Clash at the Castle event at the OVO Hydro earlier this year.
The shirt was very similar to a Ranegrs shirt with a dupe badge instead featuring the words Glasgow Scotland with the WWE logo at the centre.
The merchandise was priced at $89.99 with the number 24 on the back and a similar overall aesthetic as a Rangers kit.
However, it appears the merch was dropped before the event with all links advertising the kit now directing to the general WWE store and the product not available to purchase.

Now, Rangers business growth director Natalie Nairn has there is "scope for a collaboration" with WWE and discussions are ongoing with the wrestling company.
Fan advisory board member Craig Hannah had raised the matter of the WWE merchandise and questioned whether there was the possibility of expanding the link with WWE during a meeting.
Rangers and WWE have worked together in the past with WWE superstar Drew McIntyre a Rangers supporter.
The fan advisory meeting minutes detailed: "CH mentioned the WWE ‘Clash at the Castle’ top being dropped due to its resemblance to the Rangers strip and asked if there was any chance of expanding the link with WWE.
"NN advised that this is scope to look at a collaboration and are in contact with WWE."
