Peter Lovenkrands has decided to leave Danish outfit Fremad.
The Rangers hero posted a statement to confirm his departure from the club and 'pass the baton' on to someone else to take over.
Ex-Light Blues star Lovenkrands described the role as challenging both on and off the pitch but expressed his delight at staying in the Danish 1st Division.

He took to social media to thank the players, staff, fans and everyone involved at the club who have supported him in the last year and wished them all the best for the future.
Posting a short statement on Instagram, he said: "The last season at Fremad has been extremely challenging both on and off the pitch.
"However, I’m very proud of the players and the staff on how they conducted themselves throughout the season, supported me and obviously delighted that we collectively managed to secure our position in the division.

"It was a very satisfying end to the season. After much and careful consideration and talking it through with my family and the club, I have decided to leave the club and pass the baton on to someone else to lead the club next season and in to a new chapter.
"I would like to place on record my thanks to the club for giving me the opportunity and thank all the players, staff and the fans whom have all supported me so brilliantly throughout the season during some very difficult circumstances.
"I wish Fremad all the very best for the future."
