Rangers hero Andy Goram 'taken away far too soon' as pal Ally McCoist pays emotional tribute

Former Rangers and Scotland hero Ally McCoist has paid an emotional tribute to former team-mate and close friend Andy Goram after his passing at the weekend.

Goram, 58, was given the news just over two months ago that he had terminal cancer, and passed away at St Andrew's Hospice in Airdrie on Saturday.

McCoist, from East Kilbride, says the news was heartbreaking, but he and others can take courage from how brave Goram was in his battle.
