Andy Walker has claimed Rangers fans 'turned on' Ryan Kent as he delivered his opinion on Giovanni van Bronckhorst's future at the club.
The Light Blues boss is now under even bigger pressure following defeat at St Johnstone. The result leaves Celtic leading the way at the top of the Premiership by seven points with just 13 games of the season played so far. Results and performances haven't been right for an extended period at Ibrox with big Champions League defeats coupled up with domestic struggles.
Defeat at McDiarmid Park was the latest in that line with Rangers fans making their views on the result and player performances clear to skipper James Tavernier as they confronted the full-back following the 2-1 loss. Speaking to Sky Sports after the game, Celtic hero Walker picked out Kent and questioned if he is 'committed and focused' as he claimed the travelling support turned on him in a different way in Perth.

The former Liverpool man - along with Alfredo Morelos - are both out of contract in the summer and are free to discuss pre-contracts elsewhere come January 1.
Speaking about Kent and his performance, Walker said: “I saw Rangers fans turn on Ryan Kent today. They gave him a lot of stick.
“They turned on him in a different kind of way today. I don’t know if he is committed and focused.
“I don’t know about Alfredo Morelos either."
On Van Bronckhorst's future after the damaging defeat, Walker added: “I think he is a clever guy and a smart coach. Anyone who can get to a Europa League final with a good squad knows what they are doing.
“I think there is a lot of nonsense coming out of Ibrox, in terms of this is the best squad Rangers have had over the last number of years? I don’t believe it for a second.
“If Rangers can’t strengthen post qualification for the Champions League, then surely they are unable to get rid of a manager and his backroom staff, get another manager and give him funds to spend?"
