Rangers kids Josh McPake and Leon King have been putting in double gym sessions, in a bid to build up their fitness ahead of the Ibrox club's return to pre-season on Monday.
Winger McPake, from Coatbridge, was already working hard at Commando X-Fit in Hillington Park, but has now been joined by defender King.
It is believed that the 18-year-old stopper has impressed at Ibrox, having broken through to the first team.
McPake, meanwhile, is attracting a lot of interest from clubs who are keen to take him on loan.
However, Football Scotland report that the 20-year-old is likely to undergo pre-season at Rangers, giving boss Giovanni van Bronckhorst another opportunity to take a look at him.
McPake has this month been linked with loan moves to clubs as diverse as Hapoel Be'Er Sheva, Inverness Caledonian Thistle and Queen of the South.
