Rand Paul Challenges Trump, Endorses Rep. Critical Of Him In Kentucky: 'Reelect Him'

Republican Sen. for Kentucky Rand Paul challenged President Donald Trump by endorsing Rep. Thomas Massie, a lawmaker from the same state who has also been highly critical of Trump on different matters.

"Proud to serve Kentucky with Thomas Massie," Paul said, praising an endorsement by the Republican Liberty Caucus from late December. "Nobody in Congress fights harder for liberty and the Constitution. Reelect him," he added.
