The NFL trade deadline is at 4 p.m. ET Tuesday, meaning teams have less than 24 hours to make trades for the rest of the season. The Los Angeles Rams have made some key in-season trades over the last several years, including deals to acquire Von Miller and Jalen Ramsey, so they’re always a team to watch.
Though they’re unlikely to make a blockbuster trade before Tuesday’s deadline, it’s possible they could either acquire a contributor or trade someone away to recoup draft assets. We’ll be tracking all the latest news surrounding the Rams, including rumors, reports and breaking down which players could be dealt.
Rams trade Tre’Davious White to Ravens
The Rams struck a deal with the Ravens, sending White and a 2027 seventh-round pick to Baltimore for a 2026 seventh-round pick. The return was minimal, but the Rams couldn’t have expected much more for a player who was a healthy scratch in the last four games.
Saints are talking to teams about Marshon Lattimore
There have been no reports about the Rams looking for cornerback help, but Marshon Lattimore is the biggest name on the market. The Saints are talking to teams about their star cornerback, with the Chiefs and Commanders in those conversations. There are also at least two other teams interested.
While nothing has been agreed to or finalized, talks centered around #Saints star CB Marshon Lattimore have picked up over the last few hours, source say.

Update: The Commanders acquired Lattimore from the Saints.
Titans could trade two defenders
The Titans, who already traded DeAndre Hopkins, have been getting calls about defensive linemen Arden Key and Sebastian Joseph-Day. If the Rams are looking for help up front, might they consider bringing back Joseph-Day?
#Titans have received inquiries on defensive line players, including Arden Key and Sebastian Joseph-Day, per sources. Nothing had materialized as of this morning, but could be one to watch if a team steps up with a strong offer.

Rams unlikely to trade Cooper Kupp
According to Albert Breer of Sports Illustrated, the Rams are not expected to trade Kupp. He doubts a deal happens, in part because of the asking price. Per Breer, the Rams have told teams it’ll cost more to acquire Kupp than what the Jets paid for Davante Adams – which was a conditional third-round pick that could become a second-rounder.
I doubt the Los Angeles Rams will trade Cooper Kupp—they told other teams that it’d cost more than Adams did the New York Jets—because his value probably wouldn’t match his market value. And it became less likely when Puka Nacua was banged up in practice this week. But they could end up moving veteran corner Tre’Davious White.
Sean McVay doesn’t expect LA to be active
McVay told reporters on Monday that he doesn’t think the Rams will be very active at the trade deadline. The likeliest move that could be made by Los Angeles is a deal involving Tre’Davious White, who the team has been shopping in an attempt to let him contribute elsewhere.
McVay indicated that Rams would not be active at trade deadline other than continuing to try and find destination for CB Tre’Davious White.

Positions Rams could target before the deadline
Cornerback: The Rams have depth with Darious Williams, Cobie Durant, Ahkello Witherspoon and rookies Charles Woods and Josh Wallace, but Jaxon Smith-Njigba was the latest receiver to go off against the Rams, something that’s been a common trend for receivers facing Los Angeles this year.
Inside linebacker: Troy Reeder is on injured reserve and though Christian Rozeboom played OK against the Seahawks, it’s still the weakest position on the roster.
Defensive line: This perhaps isn’t as big a need now thanks to the play of Braden Fiske, Bobby Brown III and Tyler Davis, while Neville Gallimore should also return from injury soon.
Edge rusher: Jared Verse, Byron Young and Michael Hoecht have been a good trio at outside linebacker, but the team has almost no depth behind those three – something that could be a problem if any of them gets hurt.
Players who could be traded
CB Tre’Davious White: White is the likeliest trade candidate for the Rams, and the team has been open about the possibility of dealing him. He’s currently on the bench and has been a healthy scratch for the last four games.
WR Tutu Atwell: Atwell’s role has just about disappeared now that Kupp and Puka Nacua are healthy again, playing only nine snaps in Week 8 and 26 on Sunday. With Los Angeles’ depth at wideout, Atwell could be the odd man out.
S John Johnson III: Johnson remains on injured reserve and in his absence, the Rams have gotten impressive play out of their safeties – including Kam Curl, Quentin Lake, Kam Kinchens and Jaylen McCollough. Johnson wouldn’t have much value but he might be expendable in L.A.
