The Arizona Cardinals’ starting quarterback, Kyler Murray, is day-to-day with a hamstring injury. It puts in doubt his availability this weekend when the Cardinals face the Los Angeles Rams on the road.
The Rams are also in a similar situation with their starting quarterback.
Matthew Stafford is in the league’s concussion protocol. Rams coach Sean McVay indicated that on Wednesday. Stafford entered protocols Tuesday.
That puts his availability for the game on Sunday in doubt.
He must be clear of symptoms for 24 hours and then go through stages of practice work and be symptom-free before he can be cleared to play.
If he is unable to play, John Wolford would be the starter for the Rams.
