Cornerback should be pretty high up on the Rams’ list of priority positions this offseason, even if they do end up keeping Jalen Ramsey. The draft is a great place for them to add some secondary help with the incoming class of cornerbacks being particularly strong.
Purdue’s Cory Trice is a name to watch as a player the Rams are showing interest in. According to Aaron Wilson, the Rams met privately with Trice Wednesday before his pro day, the second former Boilermaker they’ve met with; quarterback Aidan O’Connell is the other.
Trice is a big, athletic cornerback, running a 4.47 in the 40-yard dash at 6-foot-3 and 206 pounds. He could be a target in the middle rounds for the Rams.

Last season at Purdue, he picked off two passes, recorded 34 tackles and had two sacks. He spent five years at Purdue so he comes into the NFL with plenty of experience, while his combination of size and length could make him an early contributor at the next level.
