The Los Angeles Rams are getting a bit healthier after a disastrous start to the season injury-wise, welcoming back two defenders to practice this week. Larrell Murchison and Darious Williams both started the season injured reserve but they both returned to practice.
Surprisingly, the Rams only activated Murchison off IR for Sunday’s game against the Packers, leaving Williams on injured reserve … for now. It remains to be seen if Williams will be activated by Sunday, but he’s seemingly healthy after being a full participant in practice Thursday.
In addition to adding Murchison to the active roster, the Rams also signed Jonah Williams, who spent three years with Los Angeles from 2021-2023. He signed with the Vikings this offseason but was cut after playing just one game.
