Rail workers plan even more strikes with six dates announced

Rail workers are planning an extra six days of strikes in a row over pay, job security and conditions.

Thousands of TSSA members in Network Rail will go on strike for six days in November, with impact expected on Avanti West Coast, South Western Rail, Southeastern, West Midlands Trains, Northern, Great Western, Greater Anglia and GTR. Network Rail will take strike action on Thursday 3, Saturday 5 and Monday November 7.

Members in individual train companies will take strike action and action short of strike on November 3, 4, 7, and 8.
