Josh Jacobs is officially absent from training camp as the NFL’s leading rusher has yet to sign his franchise tag. While he is still expected to report before Week 1, it would be a major shock if he participated in any part of camp.
That’s a massive loss for the Raiders as Jacobs just posted the best year of his career. In fact, he just had one of the best seasons ever by a running back in recent memory.
