GURDASPUR/HOSHIARPUR: Apprehending a threat to peace in Punjab, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Monday cautioned a gathering in Gurdaspur against what he described as the spread of hatred in the state, saying that it could cost dear to not only Punjab, but the rest of India.
Earlier, he addressed a rally in Hoshiarpur. On a day PM Narendra Modi talked about freeing Punjab of drugs, Rahul targetted the BJP for its “silence” on the issue earlier when the party was in alliance with SAD.
