Chelsea fans have been waiting patiently for their first signing of the summer transfer window. Thomas Tuchel is expected to be one of the busier coaches in the Premier League regarding transfers.
The German coach is in need of a squad refresh after the Blues limped their way to third last season and lost a number of key players in the last few months. Further exits are expected, however, that also means some statement arrivals are set to join.
Discussing the challenges of the summer window earlier in the year, Tuchel said: "We are affected by it, players are going out. We are rebuilding, not improving the squad. We are rebuilding. This is always challenging, but we are up for the challenge."
