A US-based landlord has lost a battle to keep renting her Edinburgh property on Airbnb.
Marianne Blake allowed tourists and business travellers to let her two-bedroomed flat in the capital.
Blake, who lives in Pennsylvania, claimed the property was mostly used by family and friends while she spent her time out of the country.
