The ink may barely be dry on Radu Dragusin's contract at Tottenham, ahead of an imminent announcement for the Romanian defender's signing, but his agent has already started talking up a possible move to Real Madrid.
The 21-year-old is set to land a £25.8million move to Spurs after the capital club held off significant interest from Bayern Munich to land the central defender so sought after by Ange Postecoglou.
A potential debut this weekend is in the offing as he undergoes a medical before putting pen to paper on a contract, which will reportedly run to 2029.
However, Dragusin's agent, Florin Manea, has talked up his client's chances of using Spurs as a stepping stone to an eventual move to Spanish giants Madrid or Barcelona.
Manea has been vocal about Dragusin's prospects throughout the short-running transfer saga and recently insisted that playing in the Premier League is his dream - although he may not plan on sticking around too long.
"We are only at the beginning of the road, we want him to reach the best teams in the world," he told Romanian network Digi Sport.
"We were close, Bayern are among the biggest clubs, but his dream is Real or Barcelona.
"If he was 23 or 24 years old and had more experience, maybe he would have decided to go to Bayern, but we took many things into account; his age and the competition."
When asked where he Dragusin could one day end up, he replied: "In three or four years I see him at Real Madrid."
