Radio 1 star Rickie Haywood-Williams reveals baby son’s unique name

Radio 1 star Rickie Haywood-Williams has announced his son’s unique name after confirming his girlfriend Nat gave birth to their baby boy on Monday.

The 42-year-old introduced his newborn son to the world as he posted a montage clip including a photo of the little one and snaps of pregnant partner Nat before their baby’s arrival.

Haywood-Williams revealed his son’s name in the caption as he wrote: “Earlier this week our family welcomed our beautiful blessing into the world.

“Born weighing 7.1lbs at the special time of 4.44am (the number of the guardian angel) our baby boy arrived to us safe and sound at the grace of God who kept both Mum and baby in his light throughout.

“My soulmate Nat and our girls Lola and Dusty would love to introduce you all to our little Rockstar.

“- Cruz Nirvana Haywood-Williams -”.

Haywood-Williams announced the news that he and his girlfriend were expecting their first child together back in March as he posted a photo of himself embracing Nat as she cradled her baby bump.

"Baby is on the way! #lovemadeusdoit,” Haywood-Williams wrote at the time.

The presenter has become a dad for the second time as he already has a 10-year-old daughter named Lola.

Haywood-Williams’ famous friends were quick to congratulate the broadcaster in the comment section following the happy news of Cruz’s birth.

The star’s radio co-host Melvin Odoom wrote: “So happy for you guys can’t wait to meet little man x…and powerful name!”

Fellow Radio 1 presenter Clara Amfo wrote: “Congrats loves! Xx”.

Body coach Joe Wicks said: "Mate this is so beautiful congratulations. What a wonderful happy loving family. God bless you all."

Love Island star Shaughna Phillips added: "The biggest congratulations to you all.”
