A 28-year-old man pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of cannabis for months. Glen Carter, of Player Street, Radford, admitted the offence when he appeared before Judge William Harbage, King's Counsel, at Nottingham Crown Court.
The charge related to dates between October 27, 2020, and June 1, 2021, when he accepted he was concerned in the supply. Prosecutor Jon Fountain said the plea was acceptable and was entered on a full facts basis.
A pre-sentence report and character references will now be prepared before Carter, who has no previous convictions, is sentenced on March 15. A Proceeds of Crime Application was adjourned at the hearing on Wednesday (February 1).

The judge told Carter: "You have pleaded guilty to a serious offence - one that usually results in immediate imprisonment. I'm not going to pre-judge that now and adjourn for a pre-sentence report." Carter was bailed to attend court on March 15 - but the judge warned all options on sentence would be open to the court including immediate custody.
