Metropolitan Police officers failed to act when a junior officer revealed she had been racially abused and dragged around by her hair “like a ragdoll” by one of her colleagues, a misconduct hearing has found.
PC Shaun Davies was sacked last month for gross misconduct in incidents which happened 15 years ago, when he was the response team at Islington Police Station.
