DUNEOMENO (2.08, nap)has a gilt-edged opportunity to double his career tally in the S Roberts & Son Handicap Hurdle (Div I) at Taunton.
After failing to make the frame in his first three starts over hurdles, the Christian Williams trainee made his handicap - and chase - debut at Ludlow eight weeks ago.
Duneomeno was backed at long odds - having been available at 28-1 he started at 9-1 - and the support proved prescient as Jack Tudor’s mount came home strongly to beat Letsbe Avenue by a couple of lengths.
