The great thing about Spreadex is that offers both normal fixed odds betting plus spread betting on horse racing. There are some key differences, of course, between this form of gambling and placing regular fixed odds bets.
Make the right call and punters could win big, but the potential to lose money can be much higher. Intrigued? Then check out this how to spread bet on horse racing guide:
Andrew found well backed Wincanton scorer GETALEAD on Thursday and has three recommended bets/trades on Friday, November 22nd…
CHEPSTOW 2.15
Kim Bailey has a fine recent record in early-season (October to December) jumps races with horses returning from a break of 150 days or longer, scoring with 33 of the 130 qualifiers since 2021 for a profit of £50.50 to a £1 level stake at SP (expected winners = 21.33, A/E = 1.55). HEROS DE ROMAY, who has yet to finish outside of the first three places in his five career outings, is proven when fresh landing a heavy-ground Exeter bumper on his debut in the 2022/23 season and taking a maiden hurdle here at Chepstow on his reappearance last term. He didn’t progress over hurdles after that win but the switch to fences is likely to bring about improvement and he rates a buy in the Spreadex 50-25-10 market.
Recommendation: Back HEROS DE ROMAY in Chepstow 2.15
ASCOT 2.40
Like many runners from the Paul Nicholls yard this season, AFADIL needed his comeback run when a 22-1 eighth of 17 in the Silver Trophy Handicap Hurdle at Chepstow. That form is working out remarkably well – five of the 11 horses to have run since won at the next time of asking – and the five-year-old was far from disgraced in finishing a 12-1 fourth over today’s course and distance on his next start. He probably paid for pressing the early pace that day and a more patient ride could see him arrive late with a telling effort. There should be plenty of early pace on offer and he can be bought in the Spreadex 50-25-10 market or backed each-way at a fixed odds price.
Recommendation: Back AFADIL in Ascot 2.40
ASCOT 3.50
Dan Skelton’s TOP TIER GOSSIP caught the eye when runner-up in a soft-ground Stratford bumper early last month, doing well to finish within five lengths of the winner Gore Point after that one was allowed to poach an easy lead and do his own thing in front. That form is nothing special, but she’ll improve for the experience and could be worth chancing at a big price in this six-runner bumper. Buy in the Spreadex 50-25-10 market or take a fixed odds price.
Recommendation: Back TOP TIER GOSSIP in Ascot 3.50
