Rachel Reeves's uncle has attacked his niece's Budget, saying that the Labour government are “totally out of their depth”.
Terry Smith, 73, whose sister Sally is Ms Reeves’ mother, made his comments after the Chancellor announced £26bn of tax rises in Wednesday’s Budget.
