Rachel Recchia Clarifies Friendship With Blake Moynes Amid Dating Rumors

Rachel Recchia and Blake Moynes are friends, not romantically involved.

Rachel Recchia and Blake Moynes were recently seen together at the 17th annual Oceana Seachange Summer Party with Nautica in Laguna Beach, California. Despite speculation about their relationship status, Recchia clarified that they are just friends and not romantically involved. She emphasized that they have a strong friendship and have not crossed any romantic boundaries.

The two reality TV stars first met on season 9 of Bachelor in Paradise in 2023 but left the show without forming a serious romantic connection. Since then, they have maintained a close friendship and even went on a conservation trip together after filming ended.

Recchia expressed her support for Moynes potentially becoming the next Bachelor on ABC, stating that she was surprised he was not chosen for the role. She believes he would make a great Bachelor and joked about wanting to see 'wildlife dates' on the show.

Moynes, who previously appeared on The Bachelorette with Tayshia Adams and Katie Thurston, got engaged to Thurston during the August 2021 finale but the relationship ended a few months later.

While the network recently announced Grant Ellis as the lead for the upcoming season of The Bachelor, Recchia remains supportive of Moynes and believes he would excel in the role if given the opportunity.

The Bachelor is expected to premiere in January 2025, offering fans a new season filled with romance, adventure, and genuine connections.
