Rachel Leviss recently shared details of a temporary solution she proposed to Tom Sandoval during a complicated living situation with his ex, Ariana Madix, post their split. Leviss revealed on her podcast that she offered her apartment to Sandoval while she was undergoing treatment at a mental health facility.
Following a cheating scandal involving Leviss and Sandoval, she suggested that Sandoval move out of the home he shared with Madix. However, Sandoval declined the offer, stating that he and Madix were still roommates and co-own their home.
Despite their breakup, Sandoval and Madix are facing challenges in selling their shared home, which they purchased for $2.075 million in 2019. The property, located in Valley Village, boasts five bedrooms and five bathrooms across 4,334 square feet.
Madix filed a lawsuit against Sandoval in January 2024, seeking a partition by sale to divide the profits from selling the house equally. In response, Sandoval filed a countersuit in February, arguing against the partition and questioning Madix's claims.
The ex-couple's disagreement over the home's sale has led to legal proceedings, with Madix and Sandoval at odds over the division of assets and the future of their shared property.
