Reliance Industries Limited’s R|Elan™ is all set to make a return to FDCI X Lakmé Fashion Week with the launch of its new biodegradable R|Elan™ EcoGold offering and will partner with dynamic designer duo Gauri & Nainika to present an eco-friendly collection titled Midnight Botanica.
The presentation, scheduled to take place on Day 3 of the fashion extravaganza, will marry the elegant and romantic design sensibilities by Gauri & Nainika to the sustainable offerings of R|Elan’s sought-after fabric collections. Though R|Elan is already well-known for its eco-friendly recycled fabrics that are made entirely from post-consumer (waste) plastic bottles, the designers Gauri & Nainika are particularly thrilled to be using fabrics that are bio-degradable, a first for R|Elan™.
