Quirky former guesthouse to go under the hammer

A former guesthouse nestled between terraced houses is set to go to auction next month.

The building on Kempton Road is know as The Old Dairy is located on the terraced streets off Picton Road in Wavertree.

According to the Zoopla listing, the premises had been "trading successfully" as a guest house for more than 15 years "until recently".
