A second semester is on the way for “Abbott Elementary.”

The hit ABC sitcom — created by and starring Quinta Brunson — has been renewed for a second season, the network confirmed.

The school-set series’ principal Ava Coleman, played by comedic actress Janelle James, shared the news in memo form on Instagram Monday.
