Questions over Harbour Bridge safety after fatal crash

The NSW government wants to see the results of an investigation into a "rare" fatal multi-vehicle collision on the Sydney Harbour Bridge before considering a review of safety measures.

The early afternoon smash on Thursday killed two men, injured a pregnant woman and caused traffic gridlock across the city.
