Queensland Rugby League receives breach notice from NRL after having 14 men on the field in State of Origin series opener

Queensland is facing a further penalty over the Maroons having 14 men on the field in the opening State of Origin game at Adelaide Oval.

The NRL on Friday issued the Queensland Rugby League (QRL) with a breach notice following events in the first half of the match on May 31 that the Maroons won 26-18.
