The Queens Of The Stone Age have launched a complaints hotline (Andreas Neumann/PA) -

Rock band Queens Of The Stone Age have launched a complaint hotline which promises fans that their grievances will be “reviewed personally”.

The group announced the new service on Thursday, which appears to provide callers with the chance of being connected to a member of the band.
