
Potential terrorists among crowds of well-wishers remembering the Queen would seem “blatantly out of place” and uninterested in ceremonial events, a former counter-terrorism police chief has said.
Nick Aldworth, who was the national co-ordinator for UK counter-terrorism policing until 2019, said members of the public should report people who seem more interested in what the police are doing and are acting secretively.
