The Call of Duty x Fallout crossover keeps the freebies rolling as the Quantum Exchange Event gets underway in Black Ops 7 and Warzone.
This Fallout-inspired event offers a new sniper rifle, cosmetics, and other rewards just by doing a simple task while playing your favorite CoD modes across BO7 Multiplayer, Zombies, Endgame (Co-Op Campaign), and Warzone.
Here’s a complete breakdown of the Quantum Exchange Event, including all available rewards and the fastest ways to unlock them.

BO7 Quantum Exchange Event start and end date

According to the in-game Events tab, the Quantum Exchange Event kicks off on Jan. 15 at 11am CT / 9am PT / 12pm ET / 5pm GMT. Meanwhile, popular Call of Duty data miner RealityUK reports that the event is scheduled to wrap up on Jan. 29, likely at the same reset time.
That gives you two full weeks to dive in, complete the challenges, and unlock every reward before the event ends. It’s also the perfect window to catch up if you’re still working through the Fallout Event Pass, and climb through the Baron of the Wasteland Leaderboard Event that’s launching at the same time.
All rewards and challenges in Quantum Exchange Event
The Quantum Exchange Event is built around collecting Nuka-Cola Quantum Bottle Caps, a clear nod to Fallout’s iconic currency. You earn Bottle Caps by eliminating enemies in BO7 Multiplayer, Zombies, and Endgame, or by opening loot caches in Warzone.
Once collected, Bottle Caps can be spent directly on the event page to unlock a range of free rewards, headlined by the Hawker HX sniper rifle, a remastered take on the classic Ballista. You can also unlock a weapon blueprint for the Dravec 45 SMG.

Based on an event preview shared by RealityUK, here’s the full list of rewards and the number of Bottle Caps required for each:
| Reward | Bottle Caps Required |
|---|---|
| “Dogmeat” weapon sticker | 10 |
| “Radioactive Tanline” emblem | 20 |
| “Above All” loading screen | 25 |
| “S.P.E.C.I.A.L.” calling card | 30 |
| “Capped” reticle | 45 |
| “Nuka Lunch” weapon charm | 60 |
| Finishing move | 75 |
| Hawker HX sniper rifle | 100 |
| “Nuka Assault” Dravec 45 weapon blueprint | Mastery reward (unlock all the rewards above) |
Here’s a preview of the Hawker HX from RealityUK:
Unlike some previous collection-based events, the mastery reward blueprint for the Dravec 45 does not include a BlackCell variant. The good news is that all progress is shared across BO7 and Warzone, meaning Bottle Caps earned in Multiplayer, Zombies, Endgame, or Battle Royale all contribute to the same total, letting you grind however you prefer.
How to complete the Quantum Exchange Event fast in BO7 and WZ
If you want to unlock all the Quantum Exchange rewards as quickly as possible, I recommend hopping into matches in BO7 Zombies. Waves of AI zombies spawn consistently, making it easy to rack up kills and collect Bottle Caps without the unpredictability of human enemies. However, if you want to stick to Multiplayer, modes like Hardpoint and Domination are ideal because they force frequent respawns and fights in concentrated areas.
If you don’t own BO7 or simply prefer playing Warzone, Casual Battle Royale or Resurgence lobbies are your best bet. These modes limit encounters with real players, giving you the space to open loot caches and gather Bottle Caps efficiently.
