A quaint Edinburgh cafe is up for sale in one of the city's plushest neighbourhood's.
Elliott's cafe is nestled between the Grange and Meadows area on Sciennes Road and has been serving the local community since 2018.
The quaint cafe casters for homeworkers and students alike as customers enjoy breakfasts, brunches, and lunches from 10am.

As advertised on RightBiz, it is on sale for £35,000 with a leasehold of £11,500. Elliott's was created by food writer Jess Elliott Dennison and the cafe celebrates simple cooking and life in the kitchen.
The advert reads: "Elliott's Cafe has been operating in the Grange/Meadows area since 2018. This small but perfectly formed licensed cafe is open five days a week (day time only) and caters for a neighbourhood full of homeworkers, students and from 10am in the morning fills up quickly with space for 20 covers more or less."
The cafe proves to be a bustling spot for residents in the area with Jess' studio just a few doors down where she cooks and teaches using produce and flowers from her garden in the Scottish Borders and other local suppliers.
